The pizza seems nice, the name too ("verace" is very neapolitan), the basic requirementes very italian style. In this case authenticity is an added value but it must adhere to the premise.

With respect to something like Subaru's rally cars, I think the idea of authenticity is more appropriately called legitimacy. Sports marketing is ripe with legitimizers...Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, 'rally car race wins', and pretty much anything that makes consumers feel a product is the 'real deal'. Authenticity comes into play with a specific product, such as an authentic pair of Air Jordans as opposed to rip-offs...also related to the 'real deal', but in a more concrete way.
