Hey Diego;

Nice collection of thoughts you have going here. I've heard you speak on this topic and it really resonates with me and I have got a lot of leverage out of the 2x2 so thanks! One thing that I find difficult with the framing though is that not many companies have an intimate understanding of who their users are (or even worse have had them defined for them by a market sizing description that tries to encompass everybody yet nobody). Describing the existing offering as anything you ship that you charge $ for is so easily accessible. Have you stumbled on similarly nice concrete way of allowing people to plot themselves along the user axis? Or maybe this principle should only be taken after a healthy dose of realistic assessment of your market?
