Good for you!

I've been active online since about 1991, but in the last few weeks I've begun to feel a sense of addiction...as I move more and more of my activities to the same device, in the same room, with at least several windows open to the Internet, I'm spending more time not feeling very good, physically/mentally, but still finding myself pulled towards it when I'm away from it.
