Principles for Innovating
- 1: Experience the world instead of talking about experiencing the world
- 2: See and hear with the mind of a child
- 3: Always ask: "How do we want people to feel after they experience this?"

- 5: Anything can be prototyped. You can prototype with anything.

While the issue of change and design over time is a compelling one, the notion of subtle and incremental change in design is equally compelling. This articles underlying theme is that it takes great restraint and a rare display of discipline to improve without bringing attention to the change or the change agent.
Many designers find it difficult to approach a problem without the hope for a radical solution.
