Haven't always agreed with your perspective - to be honest, not sure I entirely agree with your assesment of Saturn - but, your understanding of what a brand really is seems to be spot on. The articulation in this particular article was simple, concise - fantastic. Nicely done.

Just read the BW column. I do believe you are spot on with this quote:
"A good brand, then, is one for which every expression has been designed from the customer point of view."
